Include the page or game, what you tried to do, the visible error message, and the approximate time. For a transaction, include its hash and the network shown by your wallet. If useful, include a screenshot with private information removed. Do not include a seed phrase, private key, browser signing key, or account login code in a support request. ## Learn how it works Visit [Getting started](/getting-started/) for account and funding guidance, or read a [game guide](/guides/) for rules and play steps. Developers can use the [Chain SDK documentation](https://sdk.chain.wtf/). ## Frequently asked questions ### Why will the contact form not send my message? Follow the field message shown by the form: enter a name, a valid reply email, and a message. If you add a wallet address, use its full public address. Shorten a message the form marks as too long, then send it again. The topic and page or game fields are optional. Do not put wallet secrets in any field. ### Did my request send? **Your request was accepted by the support relay** means the form confirmed acceptance; it does not confirm inbox delivery or when someone will reply. **The request could not be submitted** means the form reported a failure, but a request that timed out while sending may still have been accepted. **We could not confirm delivery** means the page stopped waiting before it could confirm the result, so your message may also have been received. If you already selected **Send message** and the outcome is unclear, use the Discord option on the [contact page](https://chain.wtf/contact) and mention the earlier attempt before sending the same request again.
