# Does pending mean success?

Distinguish a wallet prompt, submitted transaction, and confirmed result.

No. A wallet prompt asks for approval; a submitted transaction is still waiting for a result. Check the same action in Chain and your wallet before repeating it. A transaction hash helps you identify it, but a missing hash does not prove that nothing was sent.
