Interrupted games

Check a game session, delayed round state, or stuck-round refund action.

A frozen view, delayed round state, or error message does not prove that a bet failed. Check the existing round before placing another bet or repeating an action.

  1. Note the game name and round or session ID shown on screen.
  2. Refresh the game view or use its status check if available. Check My bets or the game’s My history for the same round.
  3. Compare any transaction hash with the action you started. A missing history row or a delayed balance is not a confirmed result.
  4. If the outcome remains unknown, keep the round details and contact support before starting a replacement round.

Some rounds wait for on-chain randomness. A delay message alone does not make a round eligible for cancellation. The host offers Cancel round and refund stake when its applicable randomness deadline has passed and the round is still eligible.

Use that control only for the round shown, then wait for the cancellation result. Sending a cancellation request is not confirmation of a refund. Check the resulting round state and transaction before treating the stake as returned.

Game-specific recovery controls may use different labels or conditions. Do not assume every delayed, interrupted, or removed game can be canceled or refunded.

Check the same round and any cancellation transaction before taking another action. An error, timeout, or missing hash does not establish whether cancellation reached the chain. Do not repeatedly cancel or place a replacement bet while the result is unknown.

Pending-action help explains the difference between refusal, confirmed failure, and an unknown result. Give support the game, round or session ID, public wallet address, network, transaction hash if available, and the message shown. Never include wallet secrets.

The game stopped updating. Should I place another bet?

Section titled “The game stopped updating. Should I place another bet?”

Check the existing round first. Refresh the game view and look in My bets or My history, where available. Compare any wallet transaction hash with that round. A stale screen or missing history row does not prove the bet failed. If the result stays unknown, contact support with the game and round or session ID before placing another bet.

Why do I see a delay message without a refund button?

Section titled “Why do I see a delay message without a refund button?”

The game may still be waiting for randomness or updated round state. Refresh the view and check that round again. Cancellation appears only when the game’s applicable recovery conditions are met; elapsed time on your screen alone does not establish eligibility. If the round stays unresolved and no recovery control appears, give support the game and round ID.

What if cancellation fails or remains pending?

Section titled “What if cancellation fails or remains pending?”

Check the same round and any cancellation transaction before pressing the control again. A submitted request is not a confirmed cancellation or refund, and an error does not prove nothing was sent. Wait for a clear round result and transaction status. If it stays unknown, contact support with the game, round ID, network, message, and transaction hash if available. Do not place a replacement bet while the earlier action is unresolved.

The game says my move is not allowed. Is the round lost?

Section titled “The game says my move is not allowed. Is the round lost?”

That message alone does not establish the round outcome. Wait for the latest game state, then use only an action offered for the current round. For example, a tile may already be revealed, or a cash-out may require a safe tile first. Check My history or My Bets for the result; if the displayed state and available actions still disagree, send the game and round ID to support.
