A pending or unknown result means you need to check the existing action before starting another. Keep the same wallet, transaction, and game or withdrawal open where possible. An error message or missing transaction hash does not prove that nothing was sent.
Check the same action
Section titled “Check the same action”- Confirm the connected owner wallet and network. Look in your wallet for an open request or a transaction for this action.
- Use Check creation status, Check add-funds status, Check transaction status, or the matching status action shown by Chain. These checks inspect the existing attempt; they do not submit it again.
- If you have a transaction hash, compare its network, sender, recipient, and action with the one you started. A successful but unrelated transaction does not confirm this action.
- Wait for a clear result. If the outcome is still unknown, keep its details and contact support before repeating it.
What the result means
Section titled “What the result means”| Result | What to do |
|---|---|
| Waiting for wallet approval | Review the open request in your wallet. The prompt alone does not prove a transaction was sent. |
| Request declined before submission | The declined request was not approved. Review the reason before starting a new request. |
| Transaction submitted or awaiting confirmation | Keep checking that transaction. Do not submit a second copy. |
| Confirmed on-chain revert | That transaction did not complete its action. Review the current balance or game state and the reason before deciding what to do next. |
| Replaced transaction | Check the replacement. A wallet cancellation or a different action is not completion of the original request. |
| Unknown result or missing hash | Check your wallet activity and the same Chain action. No hash on screen is not proof that no transaction exists. |
Creation, signing keys, and funds
Section titled “Creation, signing keys, and funds”For wallet creation or a signing-key change, wait for the existing transaction to resolve before creating or registering again. A failed lookup is not proof that a wallet or key is missing. See wallet creation and signing access.
For a deposit or withdrawal, check both the transaction and the resulting account state. A delayed balance or missing activity row does not establish success or failure. See add funds and withdraw funds.
A withdrawal to another network has two stages: withdrawal to your owner wallet, then the bridge route. If the withdrawal is confirmed, do not repeat it because the bridge is waiting or needs attention. Use Check bridge status for the saved route. If requested, enter the matching Base transaction hash from your wallet; do not substitute an unrelated transfer.
A liquidity withdrawal request is also different from a payout. It records a request; you claim later after the waiting period. A pending liquidity transaction must resolve before another liquidity action. See provide liquidity.
For a game, check the same round or session before placing another bet. Interrupted-game help explains delayed state and eligible cancellation.
If the result stays unclear
Section titled “If the result stays unclear”Give support the action, public wallet address, network, time, amount and asset where relevant, transaction hash if available, and the message shown. For a game, include its name and round or session ID. Never share a private key, signing key, or recovery phrase.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Does a pending message mean the action succeeded?
Section titled “Does a pending message mean the action succeeded?”No. A wallet prompt asks for approval; a submitted transaction is still waiting for a result. Check the same action in Chain and your wallet before repeating it. A transaction hash helps you identify it, but a missing hash does not prove that nothing was sent. If the outcome is unknown, keep the details and follow pending-action help.
What if I rejected the request or Chain says it failed?
Section titled “What if I rejected the request or Chain says it failed?”A request you declined before submission is different from a confirmed on-chain revert or an unknown result. Check your wallet activity and the same Chain action. If a transaction exists, inspect its status and resulting account or game state. An error message or missing hash alone does not prove no transaction was sent. Do not repeat an unresolved action; use pending-action help if its result is unclear.
What if the game says the network is wrong, the session is out of sync, or requests are limited?
Section titled “What if the game says the network is wrong, the session is out of sync, or requests are limited?”Follow the specific requirement shown: switch to the requested network, reconnect an out-of-sync session, or wait for the displayed rate-limit interval. A sponsored-gas minimum applies to that request; it is not a reason you need to increase your wager. If a gas charge changes, review the new charge before approving it. Check for an existing transaction or round before another action. For an unexplained refusal or unknown result, use pending-action help.
What if Chain cannot show the latest game state?
Section titled “What if Chain cannot show the latest game state?”Wait briefly, then refresh the game view or use its status check. Check My bets or My history for the same round. An unavailable state does not prove the bet failed or make another bet safe. See interrupted-game help if the result remains unclear.
